The agreement is finalized, deposits are completed, and all parties sign.
Appraisal
If financed, the appraisal is ordered. If value comes in low, negotiations may reopen.
Smoke Inspection
Schedule your smoke detector inspection (valid for 60 days).
Mortgage Commitment
The buyer receives mortgage commitment if applicable.
Title & Final Numbers
Attorneys finalize title, survey, and closing numbers.
Prepare to Move
